Welcome to our cozy villa in famous Cabanas de Tavira, East Algarve, where you will enjoy our local beach (Ilha de Cabanas), along with all the beauty of the Ria Formosa lagoon system including Praia da Fábrica, rated one of the best beaches in the world. Or take a dip in our large pool and enjoy a beverage from the poolside bar.
The home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and comes with all amenities including fully equipped kitchen with all appliances; furnished living room; Wi-fi; DVD player and movies; air conditioning and washing machine. All linens, bath and beach towels and toiletries provided. Your private outdoor living space includes a relaxing patio with gas BBQ, protected by a privacy hedge, with walk-out access to the pool area in a lush attractive setting.
Just 35 mins from Faro Airport with easy access to both the A22 toll route and the EN125 highway. Bus service to Tavira town is at your door, and only a short walk to Conceicão Train Station which gets you to all points along the Algarve. Walk 10 minutes north toward EN125, Benamor Golf Course and grocery stores, or south to the downtown waterfront where you can catch a water-taxi to the island beach or enjoy a variety of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Exige-se maior cuidado quando se arrenda a habitaça

Falta de manutenção do espaço exterior, ausência de iluminação no quintal, loiça por limpar e escassez de talheres, varão de cortinado constantemente a cair porque preso por fita cola, cheiro a esgoto na zona de entrada, infestação de formigas por toda a habitação. São aspectos negativos que acabam por prevalecer relativamente aos restantes positivos, como sejam, o espaço do condomínio em que se insere, a localização e a disponibilidade no atendimento quando o solicitei. Poderia ser uma casa bem aceitável para férias se fosse minimamente preservada.
