Welcome to B-601, This beachfront Mexican contemporary condo is an "end unit", offering the largest (1660sq ft) 2 bedroom floor plan and balcony. The Baja building is the closest tower to the beach and the new infinity pool. This beautiful 6th floor condo is bright, crisp and clean, with amazing views from every room and every window. You have the morning sun in the front entry and dining room, and the sunsets from the living room and balcony. It comes with a complete suite of appliances, microwave, dishwasher, range, large fridge, and an in-sink food waste disposal system. You will also have a full range of small appliances and cooking utensils for all of your culinary delights. In the adjoining laundry room there is a full size washer/dryer and laundry tub. B-601 offers three flat screen televisions, 3 streaming blue-ray DVD players free Wii, Netflix, and free calls to the USA and Canada. Both bedroom suites have great views, with patio doors to the balcony. Let the peaceful sounds of the sea lull you to sleep. In the master suite you have a quality, comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom site offers two quality full size beds. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. B-601 is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings. Las Palmas resort offers a full range of amenities and services and is close to several restaurants and entertainment venues.

Disappointing Stay at Las Palmas Resort - Service and Amenities Lacking

My stay at Las Palmas Resort was underwhelming and frustrating. The resort’s lost liquor license disrupted my plans for poolside relaxation with drinks, forcing off-site excursions. Despite a clean room, the non-functional TV and the staff's lackluster response further soured my experience. The final straw was the refusal of a late checkout request when I was extremely ill. The staff showed no flexibility or empathy, insisting I vacate on time for the owners' arrival.

Fun Vacation

Overall the stay was nice and pleasant. Some minor issues with the disposal not working at all, but we made do. We stayed for an entire week and it would of been nice to have been supplied with at least a few trash bags or dish soap. We made do by going to the Bodiga. The master bedroom had a musty/moldy smell. Not sure if it is the plumbing or the closet that is marked owner only and taped off from entering. We took our beach shoes off daily to prevent sand from entering the unit and one night we got a call from security saying our shoes were removed because the neighbor hadn't seen us and thought we weren't there. Told us to check lost and found. Nothing in the rules about leaving shoes by the front door. The AC on the master side doesn't let you set it below 70 and that was okay for us. However, we did here a tick coming from the return/air filter/unit while it was running.

Estadia en Baja 601

Todo muy bien, excepto que no servian los abanicos de techo de los cuarto, el de la estancia si servia. De igual forma los aires acondicionados de los cuartos no estaban funcionales al momento de llegar y en el momento pudieron reparar el de solo un cuarto. El otro equipode aire acondicionado lo repararon al segundo dia de estancia.

Best bang for your buck

I've stayed at various condos on sandy and houses in las conchas and this was definitely one of the best. For the size it was perfect. Great resort, perfect location, condo was clean. I'd book this one again. Thank you
