There were no check in instructions provided prior to arrival. This caused a delay in entry into the property. Upon checking out, the host requested an additional pet fee, even though I had marked a pet during booking. There were no issues with the property however the lack of check in details and additional pet fee is very frustrating. I am unsure if these issues are on the VRBO side or host side.
