Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning or gathering with friends, the serene atmosphere and mountain views make every moment special. Sit outside on the back patio and enjoy the cozy fireplace, grill out, or sit and watch the stars in our dark sky community. The backyard is fully fenced. A steel pergola shades the back patio and the front and side yard are shaded by the home for most of the day.
Make yourself right at home as you enter the open living, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath Gold Canyon retreat features one king and two queen beds, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. Each bedroom has a window, television, nightstands, closet and dresser so that you feel right at home. The great room opens to the back patio through French doors.
The full kitchen is stocked with a stainless fridge/freezer and dishwasher, Keurig and classic coffeemaker, microwave, stove and oven. Pots and pans, plates, cutlery, spatulas, towels and dishcloths are all provided. The laundry room has newer, efficient washer and dryer along with a steam iron. The garage, paved driveway and roadside parking have space for all your toys. With two bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, getting ready is a breeze. The house stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating, AC and water softener.

Please leave the keys on the kitchen counter along with the garage door opener. Lost keys will have a $25 re-key fee and lost garage door opener a $50 fee.
Lock the front door on your exit by depressing any key for 2 seconds.

This neighborhood is off the beaten path with less traffic noise and few vehicles. It still has a remote desert feel to it and comes with fantastic Superstition Mountain views.
What makes this property unique
This neighborhood has friendly, kind neighbors who are mostly year-round residents. There is no HOA and people are more relaxed. The home was built in 2021 with electronic security locks. Appliances are newer and work very well. The night sky is gorgeous here out in the desert and the mountain view is stunning.
