Villa Medvidići is an old stone house, hundred years old, fully restored in 2015. It was restored using only traditional and authentic materials. It is surrounded by greenery and it provides full comfort as it is equipped with everything you need for a great stress-free holiday. There is a 32 m² swimming pool located in the garden with 1400 m² lawn with olive trees, flowers and spice herbs (rosemary, basil) which you can use to cook your family a fantastic meal in the kitchen or outdoor barbecue. At your disposal there are sun beds around the swimming pool, covered terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy quiet evenings under the stars. On the ground floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and one beautifully decorated bedroom with en suite bathroom which has separate entrance outside the house. On the first floor there are two wide and comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a small romantic balcony. Air conditioning is available in every room and living room. The villa is placed in a quiet village and offers tranquillity. It is situated only 15 minutes drive from Porec and sea. The location is perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy clean air, bright sun away from busy centres but also for those who want to have a swim in the sea and to visit tourist cities as Poreč or Rovinj. Villa Medvidići is a family owned property and we are at your disposal 24/7 for anything you might need during your holiday.

I would recommend this villa and the owners to anyone and everyone.

What an amazing villa. The photos do not do this place justice. It is gorgeous and Tamera was helpful from start to end. Always around should we need anything but leaving you to enjoy your holiday at the same time. I will definitely recommending the country and this villa to friends and family back home, as well as a return visit in a few years time.

Die Unterkunft hat den Urlaub ausgemacht

Nachdem wir leider eine sehr verregnete Zeit erwischt hatten war die Unterkunft das was den Urlaub positiv hat werden lassen. Die Kommunikation war super, sehr sehr nette gastgeber, super eigener wein und grappa :) das objekt hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Selten so eine Tolle Ferienwohnung gehabt. Jederzeit wieder. Eine Villa für 14 Tage

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut über diese Villa die das hält was sie verspricht. Mit viel Charme und vielen Mediterranen Flair. Mit viel Platz für 6 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher man muss nichts mitnehmen. Diese werden wöchentlich gewechselt. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vor Ort. Ein Plus bei den heissen Temperaturen die Klimaanlagen die das Haus angenehm kühlen. Der Pool ist schön groß und der Whirpool macht den Pool perfekt. Für den Spaß steht auch noch eine Tischtennis Platte zu Verfügung . Den Einkauf für den täglichen Bedarf sollte man mit Aktionen verbinden da der Weg sonst zu weit wäre täglich. Sergio war sehr nett und ist die gute Seele des Hauses Der selbstgemachte Grappa/Wein war sehr gut. In allem kommen wir gerne wieder. Danke🙋🏻‍♂️
