The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the laundry room floor. Linens can be left on the beds. Turn off all ceiling fans and lights. Late checkouts past 11 am without prior approval incur an additional night's charge.
Collect all bagged garbage a place in canister beside driveway. NO loose garbage. Must be bagged. At checkout, turn off all lights & set thermostat to 65°F in winter or 75°F in summer.
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher prior to leaving. Avoid placing plastics in the dishwasher's lower part. Missing mattress pads result in a $100 charge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Put all trash in bags and take to bin at the end of driveway. NO loose trash. Trash pick up is Friday

Perfect location for a visit to LMU. Beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet and safe. Extremely clean with everything needed for a quick trip. Definitely would recommend.

We had a great stay while visiting the LMU Vet campus. Our daughter will be attending there this fall so i’m sure we will be back. The house was very clean, easy to get to and in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to view the campus.

Clean. Good location for our purposes, quiet neighborhood with a nice view and dark sky. Very strange layout, with the twin trundle and king in the same converted garage, and other 2 bedrooms separated by a set of glass doors and a curtain. The house was missing trash bags and extra toilet paper upon arrival but Dollar General was a hop and skip away. Otherwise equipped fine. Easy in and out.
