Nestled along the Arkansas River, the home provides a tranquil setting surrounded by natural beauty. Relax in the sun-drenched solarium with a good book or enjoy a soothing soak in the private hot tub after a day exploring the mountains. With its thoughtful design, artistic touches, and riverfront views, this villa invites you to unwind and reconnect in a one-of-a-kind Colorado setting.
Please note: This home is full of charm, styled in an eclectic Southwestern aesthetic with plenty of character. As an older property, it offers a unique and authentic feel rather than a modern, uniform design. Guests seeking privacy and direct river access will find this home to be an excellent choice and a truly special place to unwind.
We work hard to keep this home affordable and accessible so more guests can enjoy our beautiful area. As a well-loved and frequently visited home, none of the furnishings or amenities are brand new, but everything is maintained to provide a comfortable and practical stay. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to relax and explore the region, this home is a great fit.
