We always try to stay here when in the Kansas City area - the house is comfortable, clean, works great for our dogs, and the hosts are exceptionally great to deal with before and during our stay if we have any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Hi Nikko, thank you for your feedback. There is a nest thermostat in the hall by the bathroom that controls the heat and AC for the entire house. The central air is more than powerful enough to heat and cool the house. Guests are able to adjust it directly in person, and we are also able to adjust it remotely if the guest has trouble with the device. We did not receive any messages regarding the heat settings but would have happily assisted with this immediately. In the future, if there is ever an issue with a stay, please reach out to the host.
