This house was exactly what we needed for the weekend to attend a nearby wedding in Chagrin Falls. The house was clean and mostly as described, but the listing should be updated to reflect 1 king bed and 3 queens, rather than having a room with 2 full beds and another with two twin beds. The house sleeps 10, but only has seating for 4-5 people in the den. The two loveseats were uncomfortably firm, bit the house was otherwise very comfortable. The lake was beautiful to look at, though we did not brave the steep hill in the backyard to go down to the water. All in all a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed staying here. So beautiful to wake up and be on the lake! We saw an eagle just outside the window too! Lots of room, nice kitchen and deck. My grandson caught a lot of fish, he was so excited. We also loved the game room.

By far the most pleasant and responsive host I have encountered in the dozen or so VRBOs I have stayed at. Keep it up! It's an older, refurbished home which had a few issues which were quickly addressed. I would stay there again.

Host was very good with communication and the layout of the house worked great! It was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Also had a great laundry room area to put stuff like coolers, etc. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Lots to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again - summertime would be awesome!

There were a few things they could fix. The floor in the basement was very lumpy and uneven. The furniture was not the most comfortable but I love the way you could make it so you could lay down. Those were the only things. The kitchen was lovely and it has plenty of room. We had a problem with the water, it smelled really bad. They offered to have someone look at it, but we weren’t there that much.

The host was excellent. Communication was great. Responded to messages quickly. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my stay. No fault of the property. I went for peace and relaxation. Neighbors out working on his deck past 10:00pm, sawing and drilling. Echoes off the lake. Houses around the lake are close together and echoes of other people music, dogs, lawn mowers, kids etc....were constant. Also had trouble getting back up the steep hill from the dock. Pictures don't quite show how steep that actually is. Not a place I could comfortably go first thing in morning with my coffee without falling on the dewy grass (which I did, lol). I do have emphazima so it was just difficult for my to enjoy.
