Brand new home in the desirable Naples Park in beautiful Naples Florida!
Close to two beaches - Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins, walking distance to our famous Mercato with amazing restaurants and vibrant nightlife!
Four Bedrooms, two full bathrooms, enclosed lanai with a heated pool, two car garage - plenty of room to bring your family or group of friends!
We are pet friendly! We provide a folding crib, highchair, beach chairs, cooler, cart and 3 bikes! Please note this home is a duplex. Each side has it's own 4 bdrm 2 bathrooms, garage, pool, lanai. We do offer to rent both sides (there is a separate listing for that, please inquire). This is a new listing, it is rented across various platforms, may not have reviews on this platform due to being rented on others. Photos are recent.
