Our Sherwood Retreat, a peaceful and functional 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Athens, TX — thoughtfully designed for comfort, productivity, and longer stays. Perfect for remote workers, contractors, traveling nurses, or families, this single-level home offers three dedicated workstations, a workout area, and cozy living spaces filled with natural light.

This home blends practicality with calm, home-like comfort. The open-concept kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook and connect, while the living room offers a comfortable place to unwind.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the full kitchen. The private workout area and three dedicated workspaces are yours to use throughout your stay.

Enjoy self-check-in for easy arrival and ample on-site parking in the driveway. The home is fully stocked for extended stays — including in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and essential kitchenware — so you can unpack and settle in right away..

The outdoor TV, fans, and fire pit are located under the covered patio for guest enjoyment.

This is a single-level home, ideal for remote/contractor work, families or extended stays.

A Pack ’n Play and children’s dinnerware are provided for guest convenience.

Only dogs are allowed on the property due to owner allergies. Please include your pet in your booking details and note that additional cleaning fees may apply. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and respecting the fenced yard area.

All utilities, Wi-Fi, and lawn care are included for 28+ day stays.

Stays longer than 6 weeks require a professional cleaning every 30 days, scheduled through our team at the guest’s expense. This helps maintain the home’s condition and ensures a comfortable experience throughout your stay.
