Welcome to your home away from home, our Beach Condo. Located in Lauderdale by the Sea, the cutest little beach town! It totally gives "Flip flops, live music and good eats" type of vibe! Condo offers an open space in the living room and kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed, and a bathroom with a stand up shower. Secured building must have key for entry. The unit has been recently renovated, offering a fresh and clean feel. One designated parking spot. Walk to Publix, Dunkin Donuts, First Watch Cafe in plaza. Or walk to Downtown Lauderdale by the sea with lots of restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream, stores. Building is located directly across the street from community park offering green space, tennis, pickleball, basketball, kids park.
