This near new holiday house has an open kitchen/meals/lounge area and accommodates up to 12 people with the following features. Located in a quiet Cul-de-Sac Street at Moonta Bay. Within walking distance to the beach.

**Please note that bed sheets and bath towels are NOT provided, you must supply your own sheets and towels.
These can be hired by contacting the owner for more information.
Pillows, blankets and quilts all provided.

The house was a very good size for two families, most household items were included, good location from the beach. Good communication with owner and quicker responses. Unfortunately it was not clean at all, i’m not sure what type of job the cleaners do but the floor was absolutely filthy Lots of dog hairs both inside the house and outside, very dirty windows and the floor was not vacuumed or mopped at all. There was no mop bucket so we could not even mop the floors and only a little handheld vacuum cleaner that worked on and off
