The location was convenient and easy to find. It was very peaceful. The view was spectacular with a lot of outdoor seating. I was amazed at how comfortable the bed and pillows were. The host was very easy to communicate with. It was perfect for the four of us. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time with a great view. The home was so spacious and the patio and lake area was the very best of all. It’s say sleeps 12 but you definitely can sleep more and not feel over crowded.

This is a lovely remolded older home on nice lake cove lot. The host was responsive when we had questions. The house was very clean, spacious and accommodating for a large group. The 3 bedrooms are off the same hall and the garage has been converted to the large bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked. The outside areas were comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the kayaks and sitting by the fire pit down by the lake. It was a nice weekend getaway.

Sunset Bay was everything it advertised. The house was clean, spacious, and fully supplied just like a 5 star home should be. The TVs worked when it was too hot to be long outside. The neighborhood was quiet on a dead-end road. It was an easy drive into Hot Springs for meals out. And some of us loved using the kayaks for early morning and late evening excursions while others in our family were happy to lounge on the large deck out back. We recommend Sunset Bay without hesitation!
