Our Cozy Comfy Homes made upgrades accordingly to meets the higher standard for all guests safety as follow:
* A MA-25 Air Purifier with H13 HEPA filter-higher grade.
* A bottle of hand sanitizer- on entrance way table.
* A bottle of 70% rubbing alcohol- on entrance way table.
* Disinfectant spray in both bathroom.
Please Note: No party at this property at all, No other guests ( other than the booking family of 4) are allow into this premises.

This beautiful home newly renovated, furnished with all the new items for your comfortable staying.

A new King bed in the master bedroom, A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. One full bathroom. Plus one half bathroom.

You pay less money and get the combination of privacy and convenience. Plus the birds song and sometimes the turtles in your backyard.

The lanai has table and chairs for 4, and the outdoor charcoal grill gives you option in cooking.

The home is 1 min away from 24/7 Walmart. Closed to all shopping. Many golf clubs surrounding this house, from less than 1 mile to few miles away. Very closed to Manasota key Beaches, Boca Grande beaches is 15 miles away, Venice Beaches.

All units are air conditioned and have a dining area and a seating area with a cable flat-screen smart TV. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher.

Great location to area beaches

Perfectly situated to visit local restaurants and beaches. We love driving out to Boca Grande or enjoying Blind Pass; only 20-25 minute drive. Great neighborhood for walking my dog every morning, often seeing bunnies or an occasional gopher tortoise in the grass. The cute, quaint table and chairs on the screened in porch was a perfect place to enjoy coffee and quiet time.

It was the perfect location for our visits to friends in N. Fort Myers, Venice and Englewood. Also close drive to the beaches. And 2 blocks from Walmart. Quiet location. It has a recliner which was great for my husband who sleeps in a recliner at home. The higher toilet in 2nd bath was a plus. It would be good to have same in main bath. All in all great visit!

Nice, clean and convenient!

Doris was a great host. Our stay had a few issues that were not the fault of our host, but she was responsive. We lost power due to a tree that fell in the neighborhood, and didn’t have electricity for about 11 hours. And the internet and cable was down as well. She contacted Xfinity and we got that fixed within the day. Overall, this was perfect for us. Doris is a gem!

Great Stay

This property had everything we needed and was very clean. Doris is an excellent host and kept in communication with us to insure all went well during our stay. The property is centrally located near stores, restaurants and the beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

So happy with this stay. Very clean when we came in. Plenty of linens and towels. Just perfect for a place to relax between beach and shopping. Only thing would be I wish it was a tad more child friendly. We have a 1 year old that wanted to stick her fingers in all the outlets and grab anything in reach. But it was easy to keep an eye on her and just move some of the breakable things. Otherwise its a great location, mostly quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and shops. Would definitely recommend!
