We stayed one night prior to leaving for a cruise. Convenient location to both the airport and the cruise port. One of the beds was broken requiring one of our party to sleep on the couch. Informed the owner of the issue the afternoon we checked in, but did not receive a response back until the following day. Overall happy with the stay - was just unfortunate to have that broken bed and slower response than would have been ideal.

When you get there, you may have some concerns. But as soon as you get inside it’s absolutely beautiful inside and well kept. We loved the different choices of coffee that were available!

The Haven is lovely and very comfortable. Very clean and decorated beautifully. I wish there had been some regular coffee pods and easier access to the creamer. Other than that, It was perfect! Thank you!

Very, very nice condo!!..Very clean, spotless!..Owner was great with communication, an excellent experience...only complaints are the beds were a little firmer than we like, and the neighorhood seemed a little sketchy, but thats not the owners fault. I will rent again next trip most likely.

Communication was excellent and timely. The unit was very clean. We booked for one night pre-cruise and it served the purpose. Our only disappointment was location. We had people walking in the yard and didn’t know who they were. It is a double unit but we didn’t have any issue with the other occupants. It is not a walkable area and the neighborhood was in party mood for the holiday weekend. Still it was ok for one night. The Host was very flexible with us and responded very quickly to our communication. Thank you

The condo was clean and well stocked. When we first drove into the neighborhood, it appeared a little sketchy.... trash where it shouldn't have been, homes in disrepair, and gates and locks around houses. First impression was not great, however it was summer...kids playing in the streets, riding bikes, shooting hoops, and having summer fun. We were greeted by these kids with waves and hellos. My first impression has been replaced by- this is just a neighborhood, and these are the residents of the community, some struggling to get by, but doing the best they can. The location was convenient to picking up family members at the FLL airport and having a quick bite to eat at Grumpy Gary's, a local dive bar with live music.It certainly served our one-night needs.

Neighborhood did not meet expectations. Unit was recently “flipped” but not quit completed. No outlets in bathroom, no mirrors in the bedroom, very limited dishes and towels are worn. Left us with a “college dorm room” experience with regards to the amenities.
