Our home is just steps from the water’s edge and conveniently located to downtown Wolfeboro and Gunstock Ski Resort.
What makes this property unique
The entire home boasts expansive views of the lake from every floor. On the first floor the open concept features a grandiose kitchen with top of the line appliances, like a Viking stove, Sub Zero fridge, & vast granite countertops! The spacious living room with direct lake views & a beautiful fireplace, is adjoined by a dining room & an enclosed porch. Also on the first floor awaits the master suite with a massive walk in closet, a master bath w/ a jet tub plus a shower, & his & her sinks. Down the long hall there is a cozy library with a beautiful electric fireplace. The second floor offers two big suite bedrooms with their own baths, closets & magnificent views. There is also a spacious "bunkroom" & an office/game room with private sunset deck overlooking the lake! The basement is more than a bonus room, with two bedrooms sharing a very large bathroom & shower. Down the hall sits the ideal entertainment room, with a granite top bar, pool table, shuffle board table, & oversized TV.
