☛ You will have full use of the house, excluding the basement which is occupied by the homeowner.
☛ You will be provided a unique door code before your arrival and may come and go as you please.

The property owner lives in the basement apartment, which is completely separate from the main house. Your hosts are local and remain available via phone, message, or in person for anything you may need or to answer any questions you may have. We will provide 100% privacy unless otherwise requested.

🚭 NO SMOKING - No smoking of any kind allowed inside the property. This is strictly enforced. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine (minimum). This is the starting fee charged for the use of Ozone Machine to remove odors caused by smoking.

🎉⛔ NO PARTIES OR VISITORS: We do not allow parties at the house or allow outside visitors (i.e. those not staying at the property as part of your reservation). Any person entering the property (regardless if they`re staying overnight, only stopping by, etc.) is considered a guest and is to be reflected in the total guest count. All guests are to be disclosed prior to the start of a stay. No unregistered guests or visitors at any time ($250 fee per person, per occurrence).

🤫 QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM: We live in a historic neighborhood, and it is very much a community. Accordingly, we ask that guests be considerate of our neighbors and their homes, in addition to ours. You MUST keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 7am. Noise can travel easily, and we are in regular communication with neighbors. We request guests be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours.
