This was a great space! We spent our family vacation visiting museums and public sites and this was on the perfect location. The host was very communicative and the house was beautiful!
Great accommodations for our family of 8! Family-friendly rental with a convenient location close to the metro in a quiet neighborhood.

The place itself was good! It looked as advertised, with lots of space and clean. It was conveniently close to our main reason to visiting. Communication with the host wasn’t the best as it seemed hard to reach by messages and calling revealed that somehow it wasn’t known we were staying there. Due to this, check-in was not very smooth and confusing. They also said in messages before check-in there would be an inspection, but I am not sure if this was done beforehand or meant to be with us as no one was there. Afterwards, our stay was comfortable. I would like to stay there again if communication with the host is more consistent and smoother.

Positives: The location was excellent, with the metro station only about a six-minute walk away. There was also a grocery store and a fantastic pizza place within a five-minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet, and trash pickup occurred twice a week. The house itself was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of eight people. Check-out was also simple and convenient.Negatives: Unfortunately, the air conditioning barely worked during our entire stay. We were all sweating at night, and the temperature inside didn’t drop below 75F on most nights. Thankfully, some of us brought portable fans. The dishwasher also never worked. When I informed the host, she repeatedly said she would send someone to fix it, but no one ever came. As a result, we had to hand-wash dishes every night for eight people, which was a frustrating and time-consuming inconvenience during our vacation.Additionally, there was no coffee pot when we arrived, although the host did send one the following day. This issue was ultimately resolved, but it was still irritating to deal with on top of the other problems.Lastly, many of the electrical outlets did not work, including several in the kitchen. Because of this, when we were cooking and wanted to use a fan, there was nowhere in the kitchen to plug one in.I did not want to leave a bad review, but I hope the next guests do not experience this during their stay.
