This property is particularly special because of how the deck is positioned over the river, along with bedroom views of the iconic Rio Vista bridge! Watch ships cruise up and down the Delta while enjoying stunning sunrises with a cup of coffee from the comfortable deck furniture or a cocktail in the hot tub during sunset. The new couch also folds into a queen memory foam mattress. In unit washer/dryer included. Close to downtown. Under a five minute drive from downtown restaurants and shops.

Comfortable, beautiful deck over the river and great location near parks and downtown. Perfect for 2 people and the group of 4 of us were able to stay comfortably.

I've stayed in several properties in Rio Vista, but this is by far the best. First, the host was awesome. He communicated well and was very easy to work with. Then, the property is amazing. It was clean and modern, and the view from the incredible deck can't be beat. We enjoyed the stay very much, and I'll look for this property first for future visits to Rio Vista!

You Won't Want to Leave. This is a unique property, few of which exist on the Sacramento River in the Delta area. It sits right on the banks of the river, with the water immediately in front of you. The sunrises from across the river, with geese, sea lions (yes, there is a group that essentially lives at the Rio Vista bridge, just downstream from the house), the occasional otter, and all kinds of other birds - herons, egrets, swallows, all flying up and down the river, right off your own private deck. The house itself, as per the photos, has huge view windows, new floors, appliances and paint. Very serene and tastefully done, in short. There are not many properties for rent in the Delta like this. Most are on top of a levee, set back at a distance from the water, and none of those of 5 minutes from downtown Rio Vista (check out Lucy's and Haps Taps) and 15 minutes from Isleton (check out Memos, Manny's and Peter's Steakhouse).

The photos don't do the cottage justice! Indoor and outdoor living spaces are larger in person. Back deck very private. Water views of the Delta are excellent. The host was always quick to respond and personable. Our family will definitely rent again. Our grandkids had a great time fishing. We discovered a new location for making ongoing family memories!

If I could give this place 10 stars I’d give it 11! It doesn’t get any better than a house literally on the water. The wrap around deck, hot tub, bay windows, I could go on. This place is gorgeous! The view is incredible and the house itself is just perfect. Fluffy towels, comfy bed, it’s spacious and spotless clean. Grab your fishing poles and rent this house you won’t be disappointed!
