Charming 125-year-old cozy ski farmhouse retreat 0.5 miles from Okemo Mountain ski resort, 23 mins from Killington mountain ski resort, and 25 mins from Bromley and Magic mountain ski resorts—perfect location for skiing, snowboarding, and summer hikes or mountain biking! Walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and bars in 10 minutes. Only 5 minutes to Fox Run Golf Club. Ideal for families or groups. Enjoy our hot tub all year and our fire pit, grill, and yard games spring-fall. Relax, explore, and enjoy all-season adventures in Ludlow, Vermont! The entire main house and property are yours to enjoy! Firewood is fully stocked for the outdoor fire pit, feel free to use as much as you would like. There is an outdoor grill with two propane tanks available. If you stay with us during spring, summer, or fall you will have access to our detached garage in which you will find 12 Adirondack chairs, cornhole, can jam, and our outdoor drill. The backyard, fire pit, and detached garage will be inaccessible in the winter due to heavy snow. Our attached barn and some rooms in the house are inaccessible and will remain locked, please do not try to access them. - 5 bedrooms - 8 beds total (sleeps a total of 12)

- Living room with streaming Roku TV (please bring your own log ins and passwords)
- Old fashioned popcorn maker
- Outdoor grill (available April-November)
- Fire pit with 12 Adirondack chairs (available April-November)
- Lawn games including cornhole and can jam (available April-November)
- Hot tub available all year round. Please keep in mind our hot tub is serviced once a week and this is typically done on Mondays or Tuesdays. The hot tub will be unusable for a period of time after service.
- Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary k cups, sugar packets, coffee filters, tea, olive oil cooking spray, salt and pepper, and maple syrup
- Linens and towels provided - cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner supplied

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Open the camera privacy cover if you closed it. Please bring all outdoor items back into the detached garage prior to leaving (lawn games, grill, Adirondack chairs).
Please make sure the hot tub is covered and locked and the detached garage locks are locked as well (spring-fall). Make sure outdoor fire is extinguished if used.
Clean popcorn maker if used. Set nests to 68F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
