Full disclosure - this was the worst snow year I've seen in something like 30 years of skiing at Breckenridge. In a normal year, this condo would be in an ideal location. Short walk up to the Snowflake lift, ski back 4-oclock to right across the road. Short walk to downtown. Overall a one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Condo has a great floor plan! Nice separation between living space, kitchen, and bedrooms. Definitely older, and could use updating, but clean and well maintained. Recommended, and we'd definitely stay here again!
