Why they chose this property
My family and I actually live in this same neighborhood, which is one of the biggest reasons I chose it for my short-term rental. We truly love it here. It’s peaceful, beautifully kept, and surrounded by hill country views. The location is incredibly centralized—close to everything in Marble Falls—while still feeling tucked away and relaxing. Some of our favorite parts of living here are the walking and hiking trails nearby, which make it easy to enjoy the outdoors any time of day. I’m excited for guests to experience the same things that make this neighborhood feel so special to me and my family.

This home truly offers the best of both worlds. It sits on almost 3 acres, giving you plenty of privacy and space to unwind—yet it’s right in the heart of Marble Falls, close to everything.
