When we arrived at the property in early afternoon, we were pleased with the property as it was nicely furnished, good bedding, and lots of extras but we were a little concerned about the railing on the patio off the dining room because it directly looked over a very picturesque river, however, it seemed a bit rickety making it unsafe particularly with small children around. Later in the evening around 11pm we returned to the property only find out there was no hot water when we attempted to shower. We contacted the host and he returned the call immediately and made immediate arrangements for us to move to the property right next door. It was very inconvenient to do so late at night when we were exhausted and had totally unpacked everyone, and there were no price adjustments/credits for the hassle, however, the neighboring property was very nice, so we enjoyed our experience, the location and communication with the host.
