▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 13 guests if needed. Please review the bed/room layout and manage expectations before booking. Air mattresses and extra beddings should be requested in advance.
▪️We only provide 7 set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth), coffee pods, and other supplies. If you need more, please request in advance. Last minute requests for extra sleeping arrangements, towels, and supplies may take time and occur additional charges.
▪️Regular maintenance services such as pest control may take place during your stay. If you prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.
▪️ We offer add-on services for a fee. Please note that all of these are subject to availability and approval from host. Please inquire prior to booking:

Heating and Cooling:
▪️ This property has a window A/C unit located in the living room for cooling that area only. Please use the controls on the unit itself to adjust the temperature.
▪️ The wall thermostat controls the central heating system, which heats the entire unit.
▪️ To avoid any issues, please do not run the heating system and the window A/C at the same time.

▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.

▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️Sign Rental Agreement, submit photo ID, and authorize security deposit is required before check-in. Property access will not be provided until all requirements are completed and verified. Security deposit will automatically be collected if any damages, missing items, and/or house rule violation is reported during post-stay inspection.
