Welcome to our architecturally crafted luxury estate, designed for comfort, privacy, and beautiful views. I'm Kay—an artist and co-creator of this space alongside my husband, Paul, a gifted general contractor who brought our shared vision to life. We designed, built, and poured our hearts into every detail of this brand-new, custom-built home to create a peaceful retreat in the center of Washington wine country.

You’ll be staying in our spacious king-bed suites, tucked away on an exclusive floor of the home.

Unwind in multiple lounge areas designed for relaxation or productivity, all thoughtfully curated with upscale touches. On clear days, enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier right from your window, an unforgettable backdrop to your stay.

Perfect for couples, close friends, or a serene solo escape, this space offers a refined, peaceful experience in a truly special setting.

Each suite includes a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, blackout blinds, a private balcony with winery views, a smart TV with cable, WiFi, and central heating and air conditioning.

Just outside your suites, guests have access to a private kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee station, filtered water, and a washer and dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot safely accommodate family style meals prepared or cooked in this area, there is no stovetop or oven, so meal prep is set up for light use of the kitchenette only. See note in “Kitchenette” section.

You’ll also find a shared hall closet stocked with picnic-ready gear, including foldable chairs, a blanket, and a soft cooler, perfect for concerts at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery or laid-back afternoons at nearby wineries. Ice packs are provided in the freezer near the kitchenette to keep items chilled. A clothing steamer is also available in the hall closet for your convenience.

Just down the hall, a spiral staircase leads to the Tower Lounge, a striking architectural feature offering panoramic views. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a book or share a bottle of wine. Step outside to the wraparound deck, where ample seating invites you to relax and take in the scenery.

As a working artist, I also maintain an on-site studio—Kay Talbott Studio—where you’re welcome to book a private tour or purchase original artwork. My pieces are displayed throughout the home, adding a personal and creative touch to your stay.

The property offers a prime location with easy access to the best of both Redmond and Woodinville. Within minutes, you can visit over 130 local tasting rooms, catch a concert, relax at Fyre Sauna, walk or bike the scenic Sammamish River Trail directly across the street, or grab a quick bite nearby. Enjoy sweeping views of the Sammamish Valley farmlands and Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery from your private balcony, and arrive there in just a short 5 minute drive.

Paul and I live in a separate part of the home and offer self check-in for your convenience. While we’re available for emergencies, our co-host Laurie—who lives nearby—handles all guest questions, recommendations, and support to ensure a smooth, private experience.

We’ve created a space that’s both personal and peaceful, and we truly hope you feel right at home.

We provide all the essentials to make your stay comfortable, including luxury linens, bedding, blankets, both down and polyfill pillows, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap, Nespresso coffee pods, creamer, sugar, salt, and pepper.

We offer three designated parking spots for your stay.

•• Security ••
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras are located near the side entrance to the guest suites, as well as overlooking the front of the property and driveway. These cameras do not face into the suites or private balconies. Please do not tamper with or disable any of the security equipment.

No parties, events, or unregistered guests

Max 4 registered guests per booking

May NOT bring any extra appliances, such as air fryers, toaster ovens, plug-in stove top burners or camp stoves. There is no adequate ventilation or space in the kitchenette for such items and could be a fire hazard.

No pets

No smoking, fire pits, fireworks, or firearms

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Don’t move furniture or tamper with security equipment

No trash or food left outside, as it may attract wildlife

Violation of these rules may result in a $250 fine and immediate eviction
