This 1 bedroom unit has a full kitchen with 6 appliances, bedroom with a Casper queen size mattress & bathroom with a shower and tub .



We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat and grab coffee and a pastry. We are a 2 minute walk to a major bus routes and only a 5-7 minute walk to the newly developed waterfront.

You have access to a full-size gym within the building.



Other Things to Note:

Located in downtown Halifax, this property is within a 7 minute walk to the Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk and Casino Nova Scotia. Scotiabank Centre is just around the corner and Halifax Convention Centre about 5 minutes.



You will be in the middle of it all that the downtown has to offer. Get ready to enjoy the delicious food and bakery around the corner, while enjoying a beverage at the local bar where the vibe is always live!!

Excellent location, walkable to everywhere and lovely view of Citadel Hill. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
