Charming 3-Bedroom Beachfront Condo with Private Penthouse Rooftop!
Location, Location, Location!!! This end unit 3-bedroom condo in Loiza is situated right on the beach with the most amazing views! The condo is on the third floor, but also included is the fourth floor private rooftop terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea! The front of this unit has great views of El Yunque Mountain and National Forest. The side overlooks the pool, and the back has the most amazing beach views!
This nice property features a Master Bedroom with 1 queen bed with a full private bathroom. All linens, soaps, shampoos, and hair dryer are included. The Bedroom 2 Corner Suite has a full size bed and boasts great views of both the pool and the ocean. Bedroom 3 features a bunkbed with a twin up top and a full down below. This is also a trundle bunk bed which has a third bed (twin) that can be pulled out from the bottom. If you still need additional sleeping space, the modular sofa can be configured into a bed with the bedding located in the closet. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway and also includes all of the same amenities. All three bedrooms feature Air Conditioning.
With a cozy living room, dining room, and kitchen, guests will feel right at home. The third floor has both front and rear balconies.
The Villas Del Mar Condo Complex features a fitness room, basketball and pickle ball courts, two pools (one right next to this unit overlooking the ocean), one hot tub, and 24 hour security. Enjoy the serene surroundings and take advantage of everything we offer! We hope you enjoy what our place and Loíza has to offer!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave sheets on beds and don't worry about making the beds. Please hang used towels on the towel racks in bathrooms or the towel rack on the rear balcony. Bring excessive trash to parking lot facility
You may leave used dishes in the sink, but please throw away any leftover food and rinse off the dishes so they don't attract pests. Any leftover food or drinks may be left in the refrigerator.
Please turn off all lights and air conditioners when you leave, and make sure the door is locked behind you. Please return the key to the lockbox on the parking curb and make sure that is also locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
