Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please remove all linens used in beds and leave them where the washing machine is so we can clean them.
All trash needs to be taken out of the house and placed in the big grey trash bins.
Close the shades and always leave the AC on at 74 F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Franco was very responsive to any question I had. It was a very nice space and looked exactly like the photos. It was a very safe, secure house which was important to me being a single woman. Lots of outside lighting. The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Property was lovely. Newly remodeled with top of the line appliances and stockedWith everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Very clean! Great bed! Nice yard fully fenced for our dog. Location was so convenient to downtown West Palm beach and 95! Charming neighborhood..even had a Friday night food truck! Host was very accommodating to get us in early when we were in a difficult situation and good to communicate with.
