-Press the down arrow on the ocean-side elevator, enter and swipe your key card, and press 4 (Unit 403 is on the right).
Keys & Elevator Cards:
-You’ll receive one key and one elevator card, a WRISTBAND for each occupant. Keep them safe. Replacements cost $100 each.
Visitors:
-No unannounced visitors are allowed. Please request approval at least 24 hours in advance to add them to the security list

In-Condo Spa services - you may book in advance, and our licensed professional providers will
pamper you right here at the villa. Try a couple’s massage or an indulgent 4 hands massage,
facial, manicure, pedicure, eyelash extensions, or eyebrow enhancement.
The Vallarta Botanical Gardens - for great short hikes through
amazing gardens and a fabulous restaurant with views of the mountains and thousands of
Hummingbirds that will eat from your hands - my favorite spot for Sunday Brunch and a hike!
FOR HISTORY BUFFS: Make sure to visit our lovely downtown church and the surrounding
neighborhood and this other nearby attraction.
San Sebastian Del Oeste - just 90
minutes away, and an authentic Hacienda town from the early 1800s. AMAZING 5-star new
restaurant here - Jardin Nebulosa

Vallarta Food Tours - I highly recommend the “Taco Cart” tour.
Great way to spend a late afternoon, and you will not need dinner after tasting from so many
yummy carts. Comfy shoes are a must.
VALLARTA RESTAURANTS: Let me suggest some personal favorites:
NEARBY: Juan and Only and La Choza De Tono - both offer local and fresh food and are located
just a mile up the road in Mismaloya town. Mismaloya Grill is the Owner's favorite (reservations on FB required)
La Palapa - This great beachfront dining establishment has with wonderful atmosphere and touch
Lite tables for groups available right on the water - Must order the crème stuffed dinner rolls
and the Mexican Coffee and Bananas Foster done tableside, and the best fire arts show in town.
Trio Café - bringing in chefs from worldwide 5-star restaurants to create new menus nightly - always surprising and always exceptional.
Café Des Artistes - a Thierry Boulet Restaurant - is known as an eclectic art-filled space with ever-changing creative cuisine
Mykonos Restaurant - If you are making a pilgrimage to the local Costco or just want to eat at An excellent Greek place, this is the spot - must have the lamb stew!!
El Itacate - elitacatesteaktacos com - A local favorite near Costco - the invention is a burrito made with a cheese wrapping that is out of this world delicious!
The Iguana - CasaKimberly com - inside the former home of Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor - fine dining and romance abound. You cannot help but feel the love in the air and taste it in the amazing dishes.
Hacienda San Angel Gourmet - HaciendaSanAngel.com When only the fanciest and finest will do - this is your choice!
Tintoque - Tintoque com mx - My personal favorite with a lovely romantic zone location on the River - great wine and beverage list, and amazing cuisine that changes daily and seasonally.
Packing - all you need are casual clothes -sundresses, a few bathing suits, wraps or cover-ups. You will want to buy some wonderful linen and other cute beach fashions at amazing prices. So, packing less is best.
Ladies
-No heels as the streets are all cobblestone and impossible to navigate in heels - flats,
flip flops, comfy sandals, tennis shoes, or small wedges suggested. Long pants and a long-sleeved
-A lightweight sun shirt is suggested for hiking, horseback riding, or jungle exploring. A light
sweater is a good addition for the evening.
Men
-Short-sleeved golf shirts, linen shirts, Hawaiian shirts, and shorts are acceptable most
everywhere. Long pants and a shirt are suggested for church visits or hiking. A light sweater or
jacket is a good idea for the evening.
