Fackler #10 “Kreuzberg” – Bavarian-Style Living

Welcome to the “Kreuzberg” holiday apartment on the third floor of our house at Lärchenwaldstraße 9 in Tegernsee. This cosy apartment for up to 4 guests combines traditional style with comfortable amenities and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding area.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), and the living room includes a sofa bed for two additional guests. The balcony offers a beautiful view – perfect for a morning coffee or a peaceful evening in the mountains.

The small kitchen is equipped for everyday use with a filter coffee machine, two hotplates, a fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. Plates, cutlery and basic cookware are also provided. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with integrated shower.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV and a shared washing machine. Dogs are welcome (15 euros per night). Seven free parking spaces are available directly at the accommodation; additional free and paid parking options can be found in the surrounding area.
