Wohnung 3 in Luxury Apartments "R6 Tegernsee"

These nine luxurious holiday apartments feature a perfectly designed, open-concept living and dining area—furnished with great attention to detail and exceptionally exclusive finishes—as well as two to three bright, light-filled bedrooms, one to two exquisite bathrooms, and a separate guest bathroom. What sets these holiday apartments apart is the strikingly successful combination of modern and traditional elements—such as elegant built-in fixtures made of sun-weathered reclaimed wood, oak floorboards, top-of-the-line fixtures, and underfloor heating—along with the breathtaking panoramic view of the Tegernsee mountains. Built in 2020, with 105 to 135 m² of pure living space, and two spacious garage spaces per apartment in a tiled underground garage from which a passenger lift leads directly to the apartment—barrier-free, of course.
