Other Things To Note:

-We comply with and exceed all COVID-19 sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest. All pillows and mattresses are enclosed in encasement protectors that have allergy defense fabric, bedbug and pet dander barrier, temperature-balancing, and antimicrobial features.

- Lock the house each time you leave the property.
- Quiet hours after 10pm.
- Please remove shoes inside.
- Use hot tub responsibly — no glassware in/around, and close lid after use.
- Please don’t hide stains or damage. The sooner we know about any issues, the better we can fix them for you and future guests.

Violation of these rules may result in a $350 fine and cancellation of the booking.
