Why they chose this property

It’s one of the most convenient parts of Gilbert. Quiet, safe, has no through traffic, but you can still walk to great restaurants, shops, coffee, groceries and downtown. There’s also a huge park right across the street, which makes the area feel relaxed and welcoming.

What makes this property unique

The home has a great balance of privacy and convenience. The backyard is a fun place to hang out with a pool and a few games, and the layout inside gives everyone plenty of space. Guests love that they can enjoy a quiet, safe area but still walk to dining, shops, and everything happening in Gilbert.
