We are originally from Romania and we traveled at some point in COSTA Rica. We love it so much and we decided to buy this apartment to be our tropical retreat in this great country. It is our little paradise and now, we decided to share it with you all. You will see one of the most incredible sunsets here in Coco, this little fishing town has everything.

Why they chose this property

We decided about Cocomarindo complex because the layout of this 1b1b is incredible. Family of four can live comfortable having a queen sofa bed in the living area, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage and a bedroom with queen bed.
More than this it is a corner unit so no noise, no neighbors crossing back and forth and it is a very safety community and we have around restaurants and a little mini market. You DON'T need a car if you don't want to. It is close to everything, you can stay long term for sure.

What makes this property unique

It is a great apartment and have 100% privacy all three windows are facing the trees without seeing any neighbor's window or door. Plenty of natural light and no worries 🙂
