The resort-style setting features three pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. A tennis court sits just outside the townhome, and one of the pools is only a few steps away.

Inside, the townhome boasts a bright, open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, and three bar-height seats at the breakfast counter. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating for winding down after a beach day. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, complemented by two full bathrooms, a half bath on the main level, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
