The space
Unit 206, The Marquette, is one of 11 units at the Lofts at Creek St. The Marquette is almost 900 sq. ft. and features a loft sleeping area with a king sized bed, along with a living room and open kitchen. The living room features a twin-sized bed perfectly tucked under the stairs(a child's dream!), an extremely comfortable oversized couch, and a 65" smart TV, all of which open up to a full kitchen with lots of countertop space and barstools. Beautiful views of West Mountain, Hot Springs tower, and the historic Visitors Chapel AME church dome await when you peer out the huge windows!
The Marquette is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

Downstairs you will find a game room complete with a bar area, shuffleboard, billiards, an 85" television, and a unique arcade game built into a whiskey barrel. Make your way to the patio and enjoy views of Hot Springs Creek and the historic transportation depot. During the Fall, Spring, and Summer months, take the 1 minute walk to the farmers market and enjoy fresh produce, breads, and crafts. The Lofts at Creek St. adjoins the world famous 420 Eats food court and is within a 4 minute walk of some of Hot Springs best restaurants. Your stay will include indoor parking in our private parking garage(compact vehicles only.) Over-sized vehicles can take advantage of free parking in the attached parking lot.
