This stylish studio is your perfect home away from home. Unwind in comfort on a brand new (2024) queen mattress with plush pillows and a cozy comforter for a restful night's sleep. For extra guests, enjoy a night's sleep on the new (2024) sofa bed. A large walk-in closet is provided for all your storage needs. Adjacent to the queen bed, step outside to the patio and breathe in the fresh air and enjoy majestic views of the valley and Jordanelle State Park.



Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 4K Smart TV, ready for you to stream your favorite shows and movies. Stay productive with free high-speed internet.



The well-equipped kitchen features modern amenities including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, and a complete set of dishes and utensils for your culinary needs.

Ski Trip

The property is very nice, but not exceptional in terms of design. Very basic, but also very functional. The quality of the building construction is not very good, as noise from apartments above and on the same floor can be heard way too much. The location is great for skiing in Deer Valley, but fairly far from town with no real dining options close by. We did enjoy the stay and it served our purposes perfectly. Management was very responsive and helpful. I wouldn't do it again with my whole family, but for me and my son, it was great.

Comfortable and stylish studio apartment

The studio was very clean and well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen equipment. We appreciated the supply of coffee and teas. The unit was laid out nicely and provided ample closet storage. The hot tub was much appreciated after a day of skiing.The area surrounding the studio complex is currently under heavy construction by the Deer Valley ski resort. There's noise associated with the construction, and views are obstructed. However, this situation should be remedied when the resort's expansion project is complete (in 2026?).

We had a great stay at this place. It's very close to the Jodanelle Gondola at Deer Valley. You practically can walk there. But it has both uphill and downhill walks so it'd be challenging with ski boots on and/or if you also carry skis and poles. But don't worry - The Gondola base has a free shuttle. If you stand on top of the Gondola parking lot (which is just a 2-minute walk from the building), the shuttle driver would see you and come to pick you up. At the end of the day, you can also leave your skis at the Gondola for free. Super convenient. The studio has an amazing view facing the Jodanelle Reservoir. It's facing the east so you have a great sunrise view. While the room itself is on a smaller side, it has a very decent size of bathroom and walking closet. The kitchen has everything you need, even including a mini microwave/oven combo. We like to cook our meals and the mini combo can handle baking nicely but we are not used to the microwave and boil functions.Our only complaint is that the walls are a bit thin. When we have loud neighbors, we can hear noises. During our 10-day stay, there were a couple of nights we can hear our neighbors. Luckily, most of the time we don't hear anything.
