Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Make sure you remember your phone charger and personal items. Put used towels in the washer, don’t start the washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest pass is the responsibility of the guest, I will provide form. Guest will pay fee and submit form to the Villages office in Sumter Landing
Trash is set out front on the driveway on Monday and Thursday

We had a wonderful stay in this property. It was very nicely appointed, with thoughtful touches for guests. Bedding and pillows are very comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living area. Loved the screened in porch.Location very conveniently near several pools, Publix, and the main brag Buena Vista!
