It has 3 bedrooms ( 2-king beds w/ 50” TVs & 1- Queen bed ) 2 full bathrooms ( 1 walk in shower and 1- shower/ tub combo) Enjoy the open floor plan, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, dinning table with 6 seats & additional seating located at the waterfall bar. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a pool day with the family or venture out to one of the many attractions near by!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used linens and towels in the laundry basket located in the master closet and place in laundry room.
Gather all trash & placed in the outside trash can located in the garage. Trash pick up is on Tuesday/Fridays, place the can at the end of the drive the night before.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
