2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Never received check-in information from the host. House was freezing, heater/thermostat would not go above 65 degrees. Every outlet and every closed had different scented perfume diffusers to cover up cigarette smell. Not homey at all. Stock pictures were still in the frames. Kitchen but barely anything to use (cups, mugs, utensils). Very disappointed.
