• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "National City, CA 91950" for accurate distances

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day

• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Our family cleans our home, In return, we hope guests treat our home like their own

• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?

No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.

• Security Devices?
Security Camera: 2 devices at the front door and in the carport / parking area, looking at the pathway leading to the home, active 24/7 to protect the guests and the home

Noise decibel monitor: One device outside the home. Minut noise detector doesn't record anything, just detects the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged loud noise events at the home to avoid affecting the neighbors.

• Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home
