The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

Leave all bedding on the beds, as we will strip and clean all the bedding.

Make sure all trash is put in a trash bag before putting it in the large outdoor trash can before leaving.

We want check out to be as stress free as possible for our guests.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is parking available for 3 vehicles.Only registered guests allowed on the property. Do not block the first garage door nearest road.

No pets, no parties, no smoking of any kind and no illegal drugs.Any evidence of smoking or pets found, a $250 fee will be assessed.

If we suspect any illegal activity, the police will be notified. Only registered guests allowed on the property.
