MTN CLUB KEYS - Please return key card and parking pass to house manual - There is a 100$ fee for replacement and reactivation of key card and 25$ replacement of parking pass
FIREPLACE - Please turn off fireplace (return to 50 degrees)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I chose Clearbrook for its charm, seclusion and proximity to Loon. We appreciate the tranquility and spacing of each townhouse, the fact that there's never traffic between our neighborhood and Loon, and we LOVE the views!
