Welcome to “Mandatory Margarita,” your cozy coastal cabin on the Carrabelle River. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath getaway features a bright Florida sunroom, warm wood accents, a piano, and all the comforts of home. Please note, the fireplace is not functional.

Enjoy peaceful river views from the private dock—perfect for fishing, relaxing with a drink, or launching your flats boat with the private boat ramp! Please not water levels get low during low tide, boat at your own risk.

You'll find plenty of fishing in the area along with easy access to nearby beaches like St. George Island and other Forgotten Coast favorites. Local restaurants and shops in Carrabelle are just minutes away, and a golf course is within 15 minutes. Ideal for long-term winter stays, this home blends comfort with classic Old Florida charm.
