We really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into the inside of the property. We really appreciated how clean and welcoming everything was.The only area that could use a little attention is the outside of the property. With a bit of upkeep and landscaping, the exterior could match the beauty of the inside.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

The home is very nice inside. Yard could use some love. Comfy bed! Nice coffee bar. Great TV for footballl. Unfortunately the fridge started beeping in the middle of the night and disrupted our stay. Very close to Burney Falls.

I was very happy with our stay here. The owner communicated well and the house was so nice! Perfect location if you are visiting MacArthur Burney Falls. I definitely recommend this to people traveling with kids.

The house looked like every other house in the block from the outside, but the interior has clearly been remodeled with a very accommodating layout and some stylish design choices. Very comfortable. Just recognize that there are bugs in this type of environment and you may see some while here — nothing to be worried about.

The house was very comfortable with all the kitchen appliances you could ever want! Coffee bar, Paper towels, toilet paper was provided but bring your own tin foil, seran wrap and zip lock baggies. The house is reasonably priced for a group of 5 people! Overall it was a great experience!

This property was one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. The pictures and the property match. The communication with the owner was great. Some property owners give several tasks to perform at check-out. This owner just wanted the garbage taken out. Even the neighbors across the street were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend giving this property a try. I know I will stay here again.

The house appears to have been just remodeled. It was nice setting.Memory foam mattress’s that were very comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Overall it was a great experience.

VRBO listing can not do this home justice. Online pictures of the house look beautiful but in person, it’s absolutely perfect! Gorgeous remodel. Super clean, stocked with everything you need. Incredible host gave us great recommendations on coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Definitely 10/10 recommend! We will be staying here again.Remember day use reservations required to visit Burney Falls state park for Summer 2026!!
