The Cove - House with a Private Pool and Bikes!

Welcome to "The Cove" a cozy home near the beach!
This cute bungalow is the perfect home away from home. You will have the entire house and yard all to yourself. It has two spacious bedrooms, a full bath and a 1/2 bath along with a large private fenced in backyard that includes an in-ground pool!

Enjoy included amenities: 4 adult bikes, golf clubs, WiFi, Smart TVs, full size washer and dryer, Weber gas grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool floats and a fully stocked kitchen!

The Cove is one mile to the charming town of Dunedin with many restaurants, breweries and shops. The Pinellas trail for biking and walking is just across the street and a great way to get to Dunedin.
The water is only 3 blocks away, perfect for a spectacular Florida sunset!
Beautiful Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island state park are 10 mins by car. Pool Heater is available March through November. Smoke and drug free property.

Our stay was wonderful. Enjoyed cooling off in the pool after being out for the day and biking on the trail. We've stayed in this area before and love the location as it is a short distance to Clearwater and Dunedin. The home is well stocked and tended to regularly. The Cove is the perfect place for a getaway! The spotless house is in a perfect location close to Clearwater, Dunedin, and Tampa. We enjoyed the private pool and going to the beach was a breeze with all of the supplies Sue had for us to use. Sue is the perfect host with amazing communication and recommendations. Everything you need in a place to stay is at the Cove. We will be back for sure!

Susan was a wonderful host and the cove was a nice home away from home!The home was very clean and lots of extra goodies throughout. I like the location because it’s not in a busy area but yet I could walk to downtown and the water because I walk every day. Decorated lovely cute and cozy yet had plenty of space. The pool was just right for cooling off!

The Cove was very cozy, stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The sleeping quarters were a little tight for 2 adults, a teen, and older kid--but we really enjoyed the pool and the beach toys that were provided. I can say without a doubt that this is one of my favorite rental homes I have ever stayed in! We stayed here as a family of three adults and a small child, and it was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone week for my 40th (and husband's 39th) birthday. While the house itself is on the smaller side, it is incredibly spacious and fit our group comfortably. The home was sparkling clean upon arrival, and the beds were so comfortable that everyone got a great night's sleep. The location is also fantastic, sitting just a convenient 10-minute drive away from beach access.The owner has truly thought of everything, providing all the amenities you could ever need, which was especially noticeable in the wonderfully equipped kitchen and laundry areas. Our absolute favorite part of the stay was the private, beautifully landscaped backyard and pool area. The yard is filled with gorgeous bushes and vibrant flowers that we loved looking at, and they attracted many beautiful butterflies. We spent so much time relaxing on the lovely screened-in back patio, and having a highly convenient garage bathroom right near the pool area was a complete game-changer for regular swim days. To top it all off, the host's communication was top-notch, as the owner always responded quickly to our messages. We cannot recommend this beautiful home enough!
