Nice clean place to stay! We had a beautiful view of the Delaware River and the Franklin Bridge, and it was even more beautiful at night with the bridge all lit up! Make sure you know how to work electronic keypads. We had difficulty, but maybe it was because we’re in the older generation and less techy. We looked up the directions on YouTube and followed a step-by-step video. It was nice to have the security of a locked front door to get into the property and also on our private door. Roy was always very nice and friendly whenever I had a question. Make sure you’re able to climb stairs. There are lots of stairs that we were unaware of, and my friend is 70 years old so it takes a bit of time. We really loved the location. If you enjoy walking, there are lots of places that are near and a riverfront walk too! The Adventure Aquarium is close across the river, and it’s a cheap Uber ride if you’re out of the season when the pedestrian ferry is open. It’s a great place to stay, and you’ll get a great workout on the stairs! So, very clean, secure, great location, and a beautiful view!
