This Regency Towers, 2-bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This 6th floor unit has both gulf and pool views. Regency Towers offers guests amazing amenities including 2 large swimming pools (one heated year-round), indoor hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), outdoor showers, picnic areas with grills, billiards room, & fitness center!

This spacious beachfront condominium unit offers almost 1,200 square feet of coastal living space. The fully equipped, updated kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare meals for family & friends. The living room and dining area offer ample, comfortable seating with incredible views of the gulf, a large television, and access to the unit's private balcony overlooking the beach. The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King-sized bed, television, and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a both a Full and Queen-sized bed and its own television. There is a second full bathroom located off the hall. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. - Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
