This resort has everything you'll need for a family vacation. Multiple pools, splash pad for the kids and a candy shop. The resort is clean and smells fresh and clean. Great job housekeeping!.

Beautiful view, beautiful condo, and AMAZING pools. Balcony door lock was messed up and we were worried about the kids getting out and owner had it fixed asap. Everything was nice! Only complaint is that it isn’t very handicap friendly as the beach access had no ramp and the elevator wait time can be a pain at times. (No fault of the owners of the condo)

We enjoyed our stay at Splash 1006E! The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. All questions were answered quickly and Amar was a pleasure to do business with. Splash Resort was a wonderful place to stay and our children loved the Resort amenities. The condo is very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. The beach was nice and the area was very quiet and family friendly. Pretty much anything you'd need was close by. We would definitely stay at Splash again!

Exactly what we needed

Our condo was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. The condo was clean, comfortable and the 10th floor view was beautiful. I had a couple questions regarding our check in and the property manager answered quickly. We would definitely come back. You can’t beat staying right on the ocean. And you are so close to food and shopping!

We stayed in this condo for two months Jan. and Feb. and couldn't have had a better experience. The condo is furnished very nice and has all the kitchen amenities that you need. Also, the flat screen televisions are really nice, and everything is neat and all the remotes are labeled so there is no guessing which remote goes to which device. You have a great view of the Gulf from the condo and the balcony furniture is very nice. I would recommend this condo to everyone. The owner is very easy to reach and easy to work with.

Great condo

The owner responded to the one question I had within 2 minutes. The condo was super nice and clean. My kids loved the splash pad. My only suggestion would be a deadbolt/chain/other lock on the door. I didn’t like that the only lock on the door was the padlock you used to enter your code and get in the condo. Other than that, it was a great place!

Splash Resort - Panama City Beach

We love the Splash resort. I have no complaints about the pool area, hallways, or elevators. The particular room that we stayed in definitely needs an upgrade on the furniture in the living area. The couch is red, but has a black film over it from years of use and is almost sticky to the touch. We ended up getting sheets to put over all of the furniture so that we could sit on it. We stayed in this same room a couple of years ago and it was already getting dirty, but definitely hasn't been cleaned since then.

We are a happy family of three from Michigan. The winters can get very harsh here, so we love visiting Florida and enjoying the nice warm weather.

Why they chose this property

This property has many advantages that appealed to us when we first saw it. First of all, the property itself is very nicely decorated, and has a great view of the gulf - the 10th floor is not too far up, but high enough to be able to fully take in the gulf's beauty. Also, our daughter LOVED the amazing waterpark and arcade area. We truly appreciate this condo, and its many, many benefits.

What makes this property unique

This property has some nice unique benefits. It is very close to all of our favorite spots in Panama City. Pier Park is within a couple of miles, and many of our favorite restaurants are less than 3 miles away! The building itself has a waterpark, 2 pools, and an awesome arcade! but best of all, the emerald-green gulf and the soft, grainy sand make this beach very enjoyable!
