I am a Lead Pastor who just got married! I have moved into my wife's home. So I hope folks can find comfort passing through York, and have a nice, quiet, comfortable space to rest and create. Also, a great spot for family gatherings.

Why they chose this property

Gorgeous trees, views, yards, with beautiful historic homes in a quiet lovely neighborhood. Brockie/Wyndham North was designed by the Olmsted brothers whose firm designed Central Park in NYC. Lovely people, beautiful mansions, historic cottage, and mid-century architecture. All custom. Near to everything, but still feels private and quiet.

What makes this property unique

300 year old basswood tree in the back yard. Nice view. Very quiet and lovely neighborhood. Convenient to everything. Cozy. Books. Warm feeling. Some furniture built from English Walnut from the front Yard. Crazy cool perfect time-capsule basement bar and covered patio.
